For orders within Australia, I typically prepare your items within one day. Packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days. Overseas deliveries will take around 7-18 business days to arrive. All orders come with tracking included.

^RETURNS/EXCHANGES^
I gladly accept returns or exchanges for all products, except for earrings, due to health and hygiene considerations. Please contact me with any queries BEFORE making a purchase. If you receive faulty or defective items, please inform me within 7 business days of receiving the order, and I will happily provide a replacement. If you have a change of mind after purchase, you can cancel your order before I ship it. Please note that all jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and in an unworn, brand-new condition. Please be aware that I cannot cover the cost of return postage.
